Return Policy

At Buyvo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return based on the conditions below.

Timeframes

• Dissatisfaction: Up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

• Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days from receipt.

• Visible Damage: For items like broken glass, missing parts, or scratches, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos/videos of the product and packaging. After this period, damage will be considered the result of misuse.

Return Conditions The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing links from a bracelet).

Once the product is received and passes quality analysis, the customer may choose to:

1. Exchange it for another product in stock.

2. Receive a refund for the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.

Warranty All products include a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must provide a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible shipping label.

Important: The warranty does not cover:

• Aesthetic damage occurring after purchase (broken screens, dents).

• Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

• Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

• Improper use of accessories.

• Natural wear and tear (oxidation, battery depletion, loss of shine).

• Unrecommended resistance tests.
